Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with SUNSENG PARTS. We specialize in replacement parts and accessories for mini lathes, milling machines, and compatible machine tools.

Please read the following return and refund terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Period

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled
  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Include all original parts and accessories
  • Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible
  • Show no signs of modification, alteration, misuse, or installation damage

Items that have been installed, used, modified, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.

Please contact us before sending any item back.

Returns sent without prior authorization or return instructions may not be accepted.

2. Return Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Buyer-paid return shipping applies to situations including, but not limited to:

  • Ordered the wrong item
  • Selected the wrong machine model
  • No longer needs the item
  • Changed their mind
  • Incorrect compatibility information was provided by the buyer
  • The product was ordered without checking the listed dimensions, specifications, or compatible models

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.

SUNSENG PARTS is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged during return transit when return shipping is arranged by the buyer.

3. Incorrect Items

If we send you an item that is different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • The product received
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the package and shipping label if requested

Once we confirm that the incorrect item was sent due to an error on our part, we will provide an appropriate solution and return instructions.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged or appears to have a manufacturing defect, contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label when requested

We may also request additional photos, measurements, or other information to help determine the cause of the problem.

If the issue is confirmed to be due to an error on our part, a manufacturing defect, or eligible shipping damage, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, refund, or other arrangements.

5. Product Compatibility

Machine-tool parts may fit several different machine models, but compatibility can vary depending on:

  • Machine model
  • Machine version
  • Production year
  • Part number
  • Dimensions
  • Original part specifications
  • Machine modifications

Before placing an order, please carefully review the product title, description, dimensions, specifications, and compatible machine models.

If you are unsure whether a part will fit your machine, please contact us before ordering.

Whenever possible, provide:

  • Machine model
  • Part number
  • Photos of the original part
  • Relevant dimensions or measurements

We will do our best to help identify a suitable replacement part.

However, the buyer remains responsible for providing accurate machine and part information.

If a return is required because the buyer selected an incorrect model or provided incorrect compatibility information, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

6. Refunds

After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional processing time for PayPal, your bank, card issuer, or other payment provider to complete the refund after it has been processed by us.

7. Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable when the return is due to reasons such as:

  • The buyer ordered the wrong item
  • The buyer selected the wrong machine model
  • The buyer changed their mind
  • The item is no longer needed
  • Incorrect compatibility information was provided by the buyer

If the return is caused by a confirmed error on our part, we will review the shipping charges as part of the resolution.

8. Customs Duties, VAT, and Taxes

Import duties, VAT, GST, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, and other taxes or charges imposed by the destination country are not collected by SUNSENG PARTS unless specifically stated at checkout.

These charges are normally paid directly by the buyer to customs authorities, carriers, or local service providers.

Because these charges are not collected by SUNSENG PARTS, we cannot refund import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, or brokerage charges paid directly to third parties.

If applicable, customers should contact their local customs authority regarding any possible refund of import taxes or duties.

9. Items That May Not Be Eligible for Return

Returns may be refused or refunds may be reduced if an item:

  • Has been installed or used
  • Has been modified or altered
  • Has been damaged after delivery
  • Shows signs of improper installation or misuse
  • Is missing parts, accessories, or components
  • Is returned in a condition different from when it was received
  • Is returned without prior authorization

Any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law will continue to apply.

Please provide:

  • Part number, if available
  • Machine model, if relevant
  • Reason for return
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos, if requested

After reviewing your request, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Please do not send a return before receiving return instructions from SUNSENG PARTS.

11. Return Address

The return address may vary depending on the product, destination, and return reason.

Do not send a product to any address without first receiving return instructions from us.

Sending a return to an unauthorized or incorrect address may cause delays or prevent us from receiving the package.

12. Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong part and need a different item, please contact us.

Depending on the situation, you may need to return the original item first and place a new order for the correct part.

Return shipping for exchanges caused by incorrect customer selection is the responsibility of the buyer.
